I highly recommend the services of the Exquisite Cleaning team. We're super happy with their deep/move in cleaning they did for our townhouse. The quality of their cleaning was great. They even stayed back to spot check everything. They were also extremely responsive and patient with all the questions I had before the scheduled appointment. Overall, we're one happy customer and looking forward to engaging them for our routine home cleaning.

I am so pleased with the Bi-weekly cleaning service I get from Exquisite Clean. Our assigned cleaner (Carlene) is very professional and goes the extra mile. She really takes her time to do a thorough cleaning everytime and pays attention to details. 2 weeks ago, Carlene even washed my dishes while she was cleaning the kitchen (never seen that with previous cleaning services). Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. We also got our Oven cleaned for Free as a gift from Exquisite Clean. This week she rearranged my stack of shoes i had left on the floor to arrange at a later time in one of my walking closest.:):). My home looks great and smells fresh after Carlene is done. It takes a huge burden off my shoulder being a busy mom!! One of the things we really appreciate is the COVID screening that Exquisite does before confirming EVERY appointment both for our family and for our cleaner. I also get a call or text after EACH clean to confirm if we were happy with the service performed. Exquisite Clean is very professional in the way they communicate with us and treat us. I booked Exquisite Clean for a move out/deep clean. From booking to the clean, the entire process was seamless and extremely professional. Lorna was professional, punctual and the clean was amazing. Exquisite clean did an amazing job cleaning our investment property before the new tenants moved in. Their billing was clear, they did a fantastic job cleaning and even issued a post-clean report with before and after pictures. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Unlike most cleaners who clean only areas of your home that you can always see this team actually moved things to actually clean the whole house. They were on time, thorough and extremely professional. The customer service was also surprisingly great they brought me a beautiful orchid and placed it the ensuite before leaving.
